Flicking through the cycling nsw website and discovered a criterium being held at Barangaroo. Hot dog course, flat as.

I don't remember there being one last year, it could be of interest as its only a handful of kms away... It's on the weekend before b2b

According to the calendar it's on Saturday 1st June? Has it moved? B2B is 21st April.

Still, looks awesome. If available I'll definitely be there.

looks like they moved the event. The details are no longer there! Must have updated the calendar this afternoon.

Probably at the mercy of Lend Lease... I've got a mate working there. Will find out what he knows.

There was supposed to be one last year and then it got cancelled at short notice.

It looks like it's now going to be run on the 1st of June. The NSW U19 and Elite Criterium championships are also going to be held at Barangaroo on the day.

Don't know much about this. Sounds like fun.
Do events like this have Masters categories?
Would hit the big 50 by then, will potentially be the youngest (not necc the fastest) in my category. :)

No it had grades a- d so it was graded by ability not age.

Don't get too excited about this event, just noticed on the nsw calendar it has been cancelled.

I heard from my peeps at Lend Lease that it was not being organised through them but instead the Barangaroo Authority. So I'm now at a dead end...
