Off the bike, bike training

Hi guys,
In a few weeks I'll be doing the 165km Fitz's Challenge, but I am flying out this Saturday for work and will be off the bike for the next 10 days. The hotel is in a small village in Switzerland and has no gym so i was wondering what other training I could do. So far I have:
1. Run, run and run some more
2. Core and upper body using my own body weight
3. Squats, calf raises and lunges (I have one of those rubber resistance bands)
Other suggestions would be appreciated.
