Mid Week Training Rides

Hey guys,

Is anyone keen for structured weekly training rides at an A-grade / B-grade level?

This is what I'm currently doing.

TUES EVENING SPRINTS Centennial (50KM) (5pm start)

WEND LA PAR / PARK (Med Pace) (50KM)

THURS HILLS (40 - 50KM)

FRI HARD INTERVALS (40KM)

SAT EASY PACED RIDE (50KM)

SUN Usual ride with the club :)

6.30am starts everyday except for Tuesday.

Hi Tristan,

Whilst i and probably a number of other riders would like to join you, 6.30 is too late to start because of work. A quick run down of what we often do is:

Monday night - Track (6.30pm till 8.45)
Tuesday morning - Randwick hills ride (6.00am centennial park)
Tuesday night - Roller interval training if morning ride was raining or could get out of bed
Wed night - Track
Thursday morning - Randwick ride (6.00am centennial park)
Thursday night - as per tues night
Friday night - Track racing or easy roller session
Saturday - a 120km min road ride (normally 3 gorges or similar)
Sunday - Waterfall

This obviously changes depending on time of year or upcoming races.

Where abouts in Centennial do you guys meet?

Hi Tristan,
I don't know whats easier for you, but you can ride Tues & Thursdays 6.00am at SOP aswell just as another option.
