Hi. Set the clock for 6.45am this morning. How daft. I'm keen to do a Waterfall either of these two days or maybe both leaving At 6.35 (I'm always 3 mins late).

I'm keen for Tuesday 26th if there is some interest and ok weather. I'll only be up for C28 pace.

im becoming more and more of the oppinion that c28 pace is a good pace, perhaps with some intervals of faster :P
