Assuming that not everyone parties too hard on Thursday night, who fancies a good ride on Friday morning?

I was going to do Bulli Pass. About 150km from Marrickville. Rating, very hard, Bulli Pass is about 3.5km averaging about 10%.

Want to make it a year to remember?

What's the traffic like on Bulli Pass? Is there a better shoulder now?

Having ridden on NYD in the past, there is stuff all traffic anyway.

Personally, it is one of the best days of the year to actually go for a ride, you tend to be the only vehicle on the road.

I would pretty much follow the Sydney to Gong route down to Thirroul, and then up Bulli Pass.

There we could either take the Old Princess Highway all the way back to Waterfall, or the F6 to Helensburg, and then the Old Princess Highway to Waterfall.

Bulli Pass peaks at 18% towards the bottom, so get your climbing legs on. It's also very narrow with no shoulder in the final 1km of the climb. An awesome ride, muchos respect for those that make it up that hill with 80km in their legs.

Might give it a miss jimmy. I have been fighting a man flu for the last few days and I just can't shake it.

I'll be in that, and they say the weather is going to be fine.
