Cruisers long weekend ride - M7 loop?

Anyone want to take advantage of the long weekend to do the M7 cycleway at a cruisy pace? I imagine riding to Liverpool, do the M7 all the way, then down through Parramatta and eventually the Cooks River for a glide home ...

i may be interested in a monday cruise depending on how i am by then, simon wants 400 km's our of the other 2 days riding :S

My plan was to do it on Monday. Note the past tense, as I have a very heavy cold and may not be right for a long ride by Monday.
Am going back to bed now.
(Pretty sure it's not swine flu, parmageddon, swine eleven etc, but if you see me going by in a hambulance you'll know why)
