Hi All,

Just a quick note as rain dampened training again this week.

Thanks to John for opening up and running the early session on the main track. Running Brayden, Luka, Louis and Juliette though warmup, whistle sprints with a bell, starts and a handicap race before the track got to wet to ride.

Alison and I worked with the younger/newer riders on the warmup track practising basic skills and venturing out onto the main track for serval laps.

We then all moved down stairs for a quick 20 mins on the trainers.

The late session was held on trainers over three blocks. There were some very tied individuals by the end.
