Ladies and Gentlemen, the entry for the NSW Master Team Pursuit closes today. I have entered a team with the view of being in the 150+ category, that being the combined age of the youngest 3 riders. Currently we have 3 riders, Mark L, Craig W and myself. We have a 4th slot vacant, which can be taken by someone who has at will turn 46 or older sometime this year. Entries so far are: http://www.cyclingnsw.org/entrysystem/a ... ecode=3684

So if anyone else wants to enter a team, it must be done today. There's also some sort of demonstration Team Pursuit, so perhaps that's for elite riders ????

Entries for all other master events close on Sunday the 17th. I've entered about half the events;
NSW Masters Individual Pursuit Championships
NSW Masters Points Race Championships
NSW Masters Scratch Race Championships

BTW entries close today for the next weekends Bowal Cup and Goulburn Track Power events

Craig is out of the NSW Master Team Pursuit due to injury, which leaves me with a team of 2. If any master of any age wants to race on Saturday, we could swap to the sub 150 category and do 3000 mtrs. Please let Mark or myself know.

It's the Australian Masters Team Pursuit that cancelled http://www.nsw.cycling.org.au/default.asp?Page=49412. NSW was to run them and hence the confusion.

Wanna race tomorrow Tim? Are you still recovering from the op?

So the 2nd weekend of the NSW masters track champs has been staged. DHBC had several riders competing an they can tell their own stories. I was just a spectator on the Sunday to see Eleri & Trouty do the Team Sprint and the Scratch. Mike Clement was also there for the Scratch.

Trouty got first in the WMAS4+ scratch (all grades from 4 and up) and also won the WMAS4 points race on Saturday (yeah Jo). Eleri was third over the line on the scratch but was relegated.

here's some pics.

Joanne & Eleri starting their Team Sprint heat (time was 43.335 for 5th, so no ride in the medal rounds)
