DHBC Junior Training, News and Statistics 4 Jul 2012

Hi All,

A cold and windy night. We had 6 riders.

Good to see Fabian back for another spin on the track.

After individual warm ups, the first drill was Pace line with Alison, Tess and Mia as we waited for other riders to get onto the track.

Next was Lead outs, Lizanne was part of each group, the first being Alison and Francis and then Tess, Mia and Dexter. Each finished two rounds.

Then the rain stopped play so we move down stairs and onto the trainers for a ½ hour Pyramid program so no stats this week.

Congratulation to Tom Bolton for Leading Division 4 at RAW. Keep up the good work

I also found that RAW will host Junior Development on weeks 3,6,9 and 11 so not this week but next. I’ll get more details and pass it on.

• Reminders

Juniors wishing to ride to Waterfall on the Sunday club ride. I have been ask that for newer riders, you must be accompanied by a parent until we can gauge your ability before being allowed to be unaccompanied.

As it’s still school holidays I’ll start training at 5pm next week if the rain stays away, otherwise 5:30 for a roller/trainer session.
