Hi All,

Another lovely evening to be at the track, the cold weather staying away and so did the wind.

Another good turnout with the Wallace sister, Toby, Darani. Matthew Norman was back for another go and we welcomed Cait Surgenor from Eastern Suburbs to have a try out on the track.

After the warm up, everyone took part in a reverse paceline drill while I gave Cait a quick run though on the warm up track.

Next we split the two groups of three and each group performed a 5-10 mins whistle sprints session.

We finish with a 1 lap time trial with all putting in a great effort. Alison and Tess being over 3 seconds faster than the last time trial. Mia and Darani putting in a good time and all the others breaking the 39 second mark. Cait put it the fastest time of sub 35 seconds, a great first effort and the time to beat for Francis and Taku.
