OK so I'm just out of hospital, I went in with a tummy ache and came out with no appendix.
The down side is they tell me no lifting or cycling for 6 weeks. Yuk.

Hope the rest of you have fun.

Oh noes! I had the same thing 2 years ago - I remember it well. Rest up and get looked after by your gorgeous wife. You'll feel better soon and then you can join the rest of the injured down at the track and come do some coaching too!
