It's the same frame just different cranks, saddle & paint job. I don't know anything about the cranks, but I doubt they are any better than the sugino. They're just new on the market and probably a bit overpriced being SRAM so they can say they are an 'upgrade'. The paint job looks pretty good.

The SRAM cranks are supposed to be fairly stiff, and they use outboard bearings. Not sure whether this is a good thing or not, but they stick to the standard 144 bcd, and are much better than the previous Truvativ track cranks (also badged bontrager for trek).

Does look reasonable though, as long as the price stays the same it'll still be a good buy.

I don't know anything about the cranks, but I think the understated "Apollo" labelling is a big improvement. A change of saddle is also most welcome.
