Given I got the job by default of being Shaun Colley's PA (as he doesn't have internet) - he asked if I could put up a post for him now that his transfer to Randwick Botany has been finalised today. SO here it is verbatim:

"Thanks to all the people I have come in contact with at Tempe. I have loved being with the club and met some great people. Even my first night at the track literally crashing into Christian, chasing that b%$$*y motor bike around in the wrong gear - or having Simon come around me on a lead out like I was standing still. Thanks to every one for showing me the ropes on those cold winter Tempe nights. I couldn't recommend a better club."

For those who don't know him, I thought I'd put up a pic of him in remembrance and because I know he will kill me for posting up this photo. I think he is about 5kg lighter these days. All the best at Randwick Shauny.

PS: my SID bear brings a tear to my eyes and prayers are with Ky and family."

I remember that crash well. Good luck in the future with the new club.

I hope you get into the sprint team at RB Shaun. See ya at the track (not that I'll be racing of course, just being the loyal husband)

Much fun was had down at Tempe on those nights! But the way the transfer market currently works in the masters racing it may not be the last time we see Shaun in our club. I remember not so long ago (1-2 years ago) that that same team sprint team was riding for ST George not Randwick.
