G'day Y'all,

The track section may be looking abit bare, but since it's the off season everybody is waiting and watching with intent, for it's only about six more weeks till winter season starts!!!...

Hey i busted my balls last night! I've put the gear up. It is really hurting & I've lost some speed. But when it comes back it will really come back...

Hey and how many of our 'roadies' do you see entered in the Sydney road titles? I may be pretty relaxed with my training regime, but i'm still pushing quite hard...

According to my LACC mate, its windy and the riders get strung out in a single line, meaning that you are at risk if you are too far back of being dropped due to a split.

I'm better on a hilly circuit such as lansdowne or centennial ride for life.

Some of the MMAS 4/5 riders are A Club, so I'll be lucky to survive. If I can stay with the pack for a while I'll be happy.

Just get out there and give it a go, have fun. I'm not expecting to win either, but i will give it my best shot & if the opportunity presents itself...

I'm thinking that it will be a good learning opportunity to see the best of breed in my age group.
