Yeah I actually skipped the look out bit :S I was running late for meeting James. Last time I gave up on that bit after making it ten meters! Pat (the track sprinter) went up it, that time, but I was smashed from the rest of it! I will try it next week, maybe it is more doable after doing the fixie ...

If you are planning on being an organ donor, please try and do the actual dying under more controlled conditions, so unconsciousness is ok at the scene, but I hear that they can use a lot more if it actually stops ticking in a controlled environment.

One option I always planned on for fitness, but haven't tried, is racing southern cross racing at lofts, then a ride through the national park on the way home. Southern cross is usually good for most of us, just no hard core elite a grade unless their juniors turn up.

lol Douggie!! yeah it is a dangerous game, see my earlier thread on the lad and his move into illegal cycling habits!! I have found a source of hammer gels at cost ozzy cost (I am not sure if that is cheaper than a dollar or not, it may still be more expensive than what you get), but this is a heap ...

Ok people, I have been told that instead of buying actual brand name goo's etc, we can just buy the multidextrose and what ever else, and make our own, costing about 6 cents instead of 2 dollars (at cost, more for retail?!). I haven't totally looked into it all yet, but thought I would see who is in...

Riding down that steep bit on the harbor bridge is a bit freaky, I once did it with a lass I was following, she wouldn't have let me get over it if I hadn't followed!
