hey i took blood from a famous tennis player today and didnt realise untill after it. i cant remember his name though, he was the coach of the davis cup squad. all i talked about to him was golf on tv.

ive asked around at the track, and it seems to be unanymous that each person pays for their own bike :S

yeah, but i didnt go as hard in the first one, and maybe a bit in the second because of the third.

I was on 96, does the lower gear make it easier in the wind?
all my start times dropped when i went down to 90.

Man im ok for 2 laps but seriously feel gone in the third, im hoping to improve my third and first times heaps, once i know i can go the whole three better ill put more into the first, which i can definately speed up, i just worry about the third if i do.

it was crap as :S 1:26 :S im blaming wind? i was gone for the third lap, theres a massive head wind at the start of the strait today, and there was on monday :S I think the last time i tried a kilo i was about 1:24 or so, so im actually getting slower with it, though im getting faster in every thing...

I recomend straps for your feet eventually, which arent that cheap :S

Theres a girl with the avanti at the track at the moment, and theres a few raceline/ apolo's around for you to check out.

if you can find a second hand bike of what tbone is talking about could be good, id say get one new, but that will be cutting it tight with the pedals etc etc.
I ride one, and theres quite a few people that do, and it can get you right through to a grade.
