Yes that's the calc its based on. I don't know how it works but it does. I doubt that its affected much by the steady but small improvements over the years.
I was talking to Neil Arnold, who is the ex president of NSCC and he said that NSCC used the same method as us to do their ITT championship.

We don't need accommodation for the TTT, it starts late enough to drive down prior.
Most stay for the road race on the Sunday and stay overnight for that, but even that can be driven to on Sunday if your super keen to spend Saturday night at home

Re: Water in my fixie
A long time ago when waist hugging white jeans were in fashion there use to be a small hole under the bottom bracket for it to drain out. As you have probably tried all the obvious solutions, I'm going to guess that the best option would be to create a hole in the frame to allow the water to run out...

The amount of torque applied is not going to be a consideration so you don't need to worry about the head size unless you want it to be the same as your existing socket set. The torque range should go as low as 4nm My set is 1/4" and to be honest I had to go and look at it to know that, the hea...

You need to buy one that's specific to cycling. The ones at bunnings etc don't have the precision to work with CF

Unfortunately some will not see you unless there is a need to be seen. The brain is designed to see what you need (aka the hunter and gatherer) and see what will kill you, aka the lion, which nowadays is a 1,000Kg+ metal object heading towards you. A casual glance isn't going to see something that d...

There was a communication that confused a few and they have since put out a clearer communication. Entries are allowed on the day, if you want to reserve a time slot, you need to pre-enter.
There are 18 pre-entries for tomorrow. Somehow I suspect there won't be a huge queue tomorrow.
