From memory, the only claim to fame that the Goulburn Brewery has is from this ad.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AHyVqJTsefc
You can see it at about 18-20 seconds in. It is the tower in the background. You can see this from the bypass as you go past Goulburn.

If there is enough interest, then I would probably get the USPS Global Priority Shipping. According to Road ID's website, the delivery time for this is 2 to 10 days. Considering the number of Aus/US Flights daily, I would expect it would be closer to 2 than 10. I will be putting the order through on...

Over the last week or so, there has been construction work occurring in Bourke Street between Huntley Street and Gardeners Road. Sydney to Gong 2009
I think that there was a topic already for this, but I couldn't find it. Entries for the Gong Ride open this Saturday, 15th August. The numbers this year are limited to 10,000 so, if you plan on riding it, I would suggest that you get in early. http://www.gongride.org.au/ I am assuming that DHBC wil...

Sorry guys, I'm wimping out, too bloody cold. I think I got spoiled with all of that warm weather I encountered in the North of the Country. Considering that the bottom of the National Park is always a few degrees cooler than the surrounding area, it will be way too cold down there. Looks like anoth...

Camilla They are on eBay, but yet to attract a bid (or from what I can tell, any interest). Can I change the Buy it Now price to $20, and you get them that way? I am happy for you to collect them or I can deliver them to you if that works. I can't seem to cancel the auction. http://cgi.ebay.com.au/w...

Basic Bicycle Maintennce
At the cafe today, there was some discussion about Bicycle Maintenance and good shops to take your precious bicycle to, knowing that you are going to get a good service. Anyway, I have run two courses at work for those who are commuting or doing some cycling on how to do basic maintenance of their o...

Look Delta Cleats - For Sale
I accidentally bought the wrong cleats yesterday.
So, $20, new seat of Red Look Delta Cleats. They aren't in the packaging, but they are complete.
If I don't have any takes by COB Tuesday, I am going to try and eBay them.

Re: Most painful place to lose skin?
And from what I have heard, forget about sneezing, coughing and laughing...Skin wounds heal fast but crack your ribs and you better be prepared to endure the pain for months. Shallow breathing can only last so long before you need that big breath to clear your lungs... OUCH!

Most painful place to lose skin?
Having come of my bike last week (ironic isn't it, ride halfway across the country with no issues, and I fall off within 10km of home), I lost some skin on my right knee. Having been injured in a few places, this has to be one of the most annoying places to hurt yourself. It hurts whenever you strai...

I have done this route with All Trails, admittedly, I had a year off after reaching Alice Springs. I don't think that All Trails will do one straight between Adelaide and Darwin, and considering the low numbers on Alice to Darwin this year, I am not sure if they are going to repeat it any time soon....

Speaking of Drugs, did anyone else see that Di Luca got done?
He tested positive (or more accurately, non-negative) twice in the Giro.
