I read this earlier and haven't really had this happen that I remember, though I don't really do a lot of road sprinting, I always have trouble working out which gear to be in for the sprint, too high, verses too small, to which I have been told that I should start lower into a pretty high top gear ...

I think they finish some time around 7, on the other side of cCentenial, you could skip off after the last hill on the Thursday ride, the Tuesday ride is on the other side of Centenial, so you sort of follow people through any way. (Alex or John would be better to ask, I have't been there in a year ...

Does your performance matter that much? I would recommend trying to look muscly :D and then if you win a race, you are both looking muscly and winning a race, if you don't win, you still look muscly :D

I wouldn't recommend sitting on the back at heffron! Top ten, unless a grade where they usually roll through the whole bunch, though it's still bad at the back.

It was one of those days that me and Simon ran put of water in the 45 degree heat, so for the next few days I was carrying 5-8 liters of water (up that Gotham hill!) me and Simon had hardly ridden a hill in our lives before the trip! So were slow and had to leave at 4 or so in the morning!

Hey I am having trouble not falling asleep driving, I keep nearly hitting things, so have decided not to ride tonight. I have a 5 till 5 shift on Saturday too, so will work out what I do about racing tomorrow night after work.
