Hi all, this is a favourite of mine; the One hour omnium challenge!!! Riders should aim to complete a full omnium (flying 200ms, 10km scratch race, 3km pursuit, 20km points race and 1km TT) in less than 60 minutes. To do this; events will have to run back to back with more than one rider on the trac...

Re: Le Tour de Dullich, KM grand tour challenge in July 2011

Dougie you should add your total to the GC which is 64 & Tim you really need to be in the km competition and GC to be in sprint competition, I'll add team kms too since I nominated you already for Raw last night. KMs Competition: 1. Jessica Rainbow 45kms 2. Lizanne 44km 3. Mike 37k 4. Dougie 32k...

Tonights opening stage should a good one. It looks like it should bring out the climbers and I'm going to go with either Samuel Sanchez if the climbers hit out or Mattie Goss if it is not quite a climbers finish and the sprinters remain, for the win!!

9k round trip commute fixed + one spin class 25k = 37k

Have I got the GC points right? is it
9k + 4 fixed + 2 spin = 13 ?
The GC is just and accumulative total of all your points. so its:

9 + 25 + 4 + 2 = 40.

17. 4 points- commute fixed

What's the definition of a commute?
Typically the everyday definition of commute is to ride to work and back. I gues it could be pushed to riding to other places but should constitute both trips, getting there and getting home.

For the climbing 1000m, is that 10 points, plus 1 point for each 100m, plus 5 points for each 500m, so 30points for climbing 1000m, plus whatever climbs you did? OR are the metre's not accumulative (eg 17points for 1700m climbing), same question regarding no resistance sprints.
All accumlative.
