That's an absolute classic, T-bone you could add your bike to the couch, wear your knicks to bed and you could get up half an hour later whilst someone rides you to waterfall!

53/12 is a mammoth gear but it depends what terrain your on. For example the down hill run into the mad mile at sutho, if it was a real race you would want a pretty serious gear. 51/14 would be no where competitive. Hey James, i thought you looked a bit too upright last night and i think you can see it on the video too. You look higher than everyone else. You need to get a stem that drops more or it could be the lack of track bars too. But you would definitely gain a bit of speed and look abit more classy!

You can enter manually by fax for race credit I'm told. So it's pretty easy to do....

Mate it'll be more like 50kms/hr in elite! They will hit it hard early on, slow in the middle and come home at the end I'm expecting...
