Re: RNP Sunday 1st December - 6am

Great ride, thanks everyone.
There's a couple of pictures on my instagram feed search for le_masurier.
If you ride faster than me both up and down the hills then there's no way I can shoot you. That may well be a good thing, who knows.

Re: Leave pass on Dec 8

the other option is to do one of Andrew M's Grande Tours, saves the bother of check points and all that palaver. Andrew are you out there?
Or we could do the gorges at a cracking pace, make up for the lack of distance with speed (I'll definitely regret that idea).

And also my thanks to Adrian, mammoth effort on front. Great company all round. Riding at its best, despite the heat.

It hurt, I have to say that now while I can still remember the pain. Memories of pain diminish quickly to be replaced by memories of glory and triumph. So while I still can, let me say it again, IT HURT!!! IT HURT BAD!!! Fast forward 9 months..... "the Fitz, really, is it that time again? Sure ...

As Eleri mentioned Dylan is happy to come along and tell us more about the ride and other...

Vietnam, Ride and Seek

This trip looks pretty amazing and I'm thinking of indulging in an epic next year, so this may be it.
Has any one traveled with these people and if so how were they.

Phillip,
Ballpark, what time do you expect to get hone doing Bald Hill once? twice?
Anthony, this one took me 5.5 hours including a coffee at Stanwell Park
so probably about the same or longer if I do Bald Hill twice.

Re: New Club Ride Commences 7th October - RNP

I'll be doing the park this Sunday also. My legs are still hurting from the epic, so definitely need some more pain before Fitz. I'll follow you in but I think I'll need to head on to Stanwell Park and then turn around and do the Bald Hill climb. Maybe twice, but then maybe I'm dreaming. 1. Anthony ...

Long endurance ride with hills - Monday 7th October

Sorry Andrew I was to excited to read to the bottom. So 5.30 it is. Peter if I rode as much as you do the dog house would be a step up. More likely I'd be dog food.

Re: Long endurance ride with hills - Monday 7th October

At the cost of substantial political capital, I'm in. Are we talking 6am or earlier. Is there a food stop somewhere, other than James's Devonshire teas at the top of each hill, or are we in true endurance mode?

Re: Long endurance ride with hills - Monday 7th October

pretty sure I'll be good for this one too, besides it seems I have hills to defend, though with James coming along that may be a fruitless task. I'll confirm later today. Either route is good for me.
