come on the Akuna bay ride, we can cut it short and finish at manly. i'm not 100% about the ride, i had ankle surgery 2 and a bit weeks ago so i'm going to be going slower than usual and if it starts to hurt i'm going to cut it short and jump on the ferry.

i have a few friends(male) that were national level gymnasts and that's all they would use.had a look at milk powder at the supermarket, it was $6 for a kilo. At approx 1/3 protein, that works out at about $18 per kilo of protein, a good price.

if you just want protein the best tasteing and cheep stuff is home made. skim milk powder with milo, nesquick, or malt. depends on what taste you have. i'll be at the track today and wednesday. my bike is a 51TT with i short reach. i can't stand over it but it's a dream to ride. because it's on track i don't think the standover is too important. no traffic lights to stop for.

the fail wasn't for going slow, the fail was the amount of effort that it took to go slow. i was telling my legs to go and they were just going along on a sunday stroll smelling the roses and talking to the pelicans...

i start work @ 8 so 6am rides are a little late. i need to start a lot earlier, but i do slack off on manday's and friday's i only do 20k before work. i just can't seem to do much outside of the wolli creek- eastern suburbs- city ride.

That is a pretty big gear for the road, there are some guys that ride 81" on the waterfall ride but I wouldn't recommend it unless you are quite strong. I ride 76" when I'm doing Waterfall fixed with the fasties, otherwise my fixie runs a 72" gear. and girls! i run 81 fine in the cit...

hit up the hills around the sydney beaches. Down bronte road up macpherson st loop. it's about a 3k loop that is good for hill repeats. it's a little easier doing it the other way around. if you want to mix it up sprint to the end of arden st and back. and if all else fails anything around vaucluse ...
