Bad timing I've just done a couple over the Chrissy Break and last week at Newport wasn't that pleasant in the rain so I'm going to have a break for a while,
but remember you have to do at least three to qualify for the Hann Challenge series.

Someone was telling me about this ride, but they had done it years ago so if ayone could tell me the following I would be thankfull: 1. is it still going. 2. they say its a fast ride but how fast is fast (couldn't be faster than Dulwich hill fast ?). 3. does anyone do the ride ? as in next Saturday....

Big effort G, well done. And I would like to thank James C for his tortureous RNP rides, which I'm sure helped both G & I get up those hills in Port. Also I would like to see G post a picture of himself with his swim cap on! and maybe a few of him hydrating and Carboing up prior to the race, now...

I agree with weiyun idea, every week there should be a RNP ride. The ride is always 6.00am and every 2 & 4 week are designed to cater for slowies. The regular RNP riders will be there to assist so it won't become a burden on a selected few riders to turn up to help out, and the more regular some...
