Re: Fitting and adjusting Speedplay pedals
Apologies, they are Zeros. All sorted now. I realised this morning that I had the right side cleat L/R offset backwards. I've moved it across and now it's all good.
Any pointers on loosening the cleat float screws would still be handy. Maybe a good spray of Teflon lube as the manual recommends?

Fitting and adjusting Speedplay pedals
I've recently purchased a set of Speedplay X pedals and fitted them. I'm having trouble with the cleat setup. I've set the pedals to give me as much clearance as possible but due to the amount of float they run, my heels hit the rear chainstays. I've tried to dial out the minimum amount of float to ...

Re: The 2011 Giro Thread
I guess we need one of these although there hasn't been much comment so far from DHBCers Still, check the Monte Crostis descent on stage 14. That looks very scary for lots of fast cyclists to be on at once. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zv-j9c7dmzg&feature=youtu.be In fact, there was going to ...

Re: Genuine Interest In Saturday Waterfall Rides?
Is there still any genuine interest in Saturday Waterfall rides? I'm keen to shift some Easter kg's with extra training. I'm out for the next few Saturday's. If there is a small bunch I'd like to be in the loop for Saturday 14th May onward.
Cheers,
Noel

Thanks for organising a great ride Stu. Top weather, top company and a few hills for a challenge. Can't wait for the next one. Where are we off to next?

Re: Waterfall 28's accident
Nice work. I was thinking of doing something similar. Like marking it our with a can of fluoro spray paint.
After reading this, I've noticed that protruding nobbly bit. He's a Saint. Saint Andrew

Re: Waterfall 28's accident
Hi Guys, Update: Confirmed fractured scapula. Otherwise a bit of road rash which i've spent the week re-dressing to keep clean. Good news is there is no involvement of the shoulder joint so should be a full recovery once the bone heals. Will find out tomorrow re: treatment for fracture but i'd bet i...
