cool thanks every one (feel free to keep posting answers, I always find these threads come up every year or so), I will see if I can get the naked broadband option as we don't need the telephone part of it. If not, I will just get the phone plus broadband option and not use the phone bit.

Heya people, I need to get some internet, which TPG seems to be the cheapest, but also need a homeline. Which the cheapest seems to be around 30 bucks a month (Telstra has a cheaper one but only if you get their internet too). so with that in mind, it looks like possibly getting either TPG's interne...

man I know how you feel! I have been down four times this year, 3 of them were the rider right in front of me crashing! the fourth was me undertaking people down that pass in hornsby and sliding on a corner.. I cant ride on a wheel in a paceline any more :S it killed me in A grade! I don't trust any...

I bent my steel frame after similar impact, stationary car on a round about, not going that fast, bent the top tube etc, I only noticed when the bits began to rust. Bikes aren't great for head on's

yeah.. well road wheels arent really made for it, the tire didnt survive etc..

Well.. the fixie century has lived up to the reputation that it started with, a ride that would be tough on a road bike, but instead ridden on a fixie.
