Anyone racing in the Italian Festivile tomorrow

I just realised this race is tomorrow. There's Masters A and Masters B, I'm not sure what the definition of A and B is.

Thats the one benifit that alloy cages have, you just bend them a little until you have the desired tension.

So my racing bike has now been declared unraceable, so i'm pretty keen to invest in pedals very soon. So if you want to order i will b...

You also need a wider BB if you want to go from a double to a triple.

Whats that ????? beautiful weather !!!!!

I raced in fog, it was hard to see the breakaway at times.

I think the smaller MMAS4 bunch over elite made it a little safter. It was good to race was such experienced riders, you could see the difference between them and Heffron C.

I'm inclined to agree, personally I'd use a standard double or for an extra 100-150gms a triple. Like many things, its personal choice.

I injured my right forearm on Monday and my left knee on Tuesday (its been a bad week), but I don't think that either should be an issue for the race. I'm gunna die anyway, cos there's some A graders in my race.

Yeh, I think its 5k.

So that makes my race 50k and Simons 100k.

Mine starts at 8.10am so I better wear leg and arm warmers and have a magnesium tablet.
