The king tides had formed a sizable lake at the end of Coward St. I dug the hardcore, moses style, part the water approach some took, but I doubt it did the Ultegra much good.
Which reminds me, I must hose down the bike tonight.

Have had some trouble with a slight tear of the meniscus. This, I found out, was rather common amongst cyclists. I'm not sure my symptoms match yours (I have pain when riding, especially when the knee was under stress) but I'd recommend the same physio and chiro advice I was given. Stretch. A lot. S...

The main difference is how upslopes and accelerating out of the traffic lights are handled. This is what I struggle with the most after jumping from C28s to Middies. I often drop 3 or 4 places down the group while I slowly clip in. Its the main reason I haven't tried the Fasties more often. Any tips?

Dropped into the track on my way home and saw the juniors. Great stuff. Also saw Francis fall, I was actually talking to PeterT at the time. Full credit to Francis, he was back on the bike and ready for that TT lap.

For a triple, you'll need a new left shifter and front derailleur. The rear shifter and derailleur should be fine.

I don't think the bottom bracket width matters much, but you can always check the specs on your frame - English thread is 68mm, Italian is 70mm.
