I also can't see my phone or anything else close up when I'm out riding, so I carry a pair of cheap chemist glasses in case I need...

Re: Adventure Ride - Bundeena Ferry - 6am Sunday 28th July

For what it's worth .... Adventure rides used to be slow, meandering, inclusive events. They were at a genuine C25+ pace and could take all day (especially if ferries were missed). Re: Adventure Ride - Bundeena Ferry - 6am Sunday 28th July

So there was a crash at Waterfall. I was part of it but came off with only bruises, scrapes and sore hands. Need a new helmet. Nick (shoulder or collarbone) and Jason not so lucky as they were carted off in the ambulance. Wishing a speedy recovery to them both. Stay safe people. Stay vigilant and wa...

MC Rides are highly recommended. A great bunch and they wait for slow climbers like me. You probably need to be a C28 level or higher rider to join in.

Had a great time at the TTT. Absolutely totalled by race end. Never been that stuffed on the bike, ever. Big thanks to Cameron who did about 70% of the work on the out leg up that hill into that wind. Congrats to the girls for beating us by 4 mins  We'll be back! here's a couple of piccies. The...

@Simon - that's not at all good. You'd think that CNSW would be wanting to encourage youth to race. No more elite riders to fill the spots?

Just bought these and have found that they're too small for insulated bottles like Camelbak. Hold smaller size bottles perfectly & club and "normal" bottles fine. Top Features of the Elite Custom Race Bottle Cage 2012: The number 1 bottle cage in the pro peloton, a true design classic ...

Re: Winter Solstice Ride Friday 21st June

I think an easier option may be to have a "sweeper" allocated for each ride who is always on the back, riding behind the slowest rider. If you have a large bunch, I think this will work better than having to find your "buddy".
