It's a 6 hr relay on fire trail and it's a fundraiser, so should be a nice event. (A small disclaimer that I work for the beneficiaries of the fundraising.) But it does look like fun!

Re: 8 hour at Lithgow (Rydal) On Sunday
How was it, Vic? I've only ridden in Glenrock twice. It's great! Mixture of beautifully maintained tracks and rougher ones. And steep climbing if you need to practice that... Though, the best thing about it is that it's within Newcastle itself and very easy to ride to from my parents' house. Oh, and...

My race was a bit tougher than I was expecting. I wasn't expecting the course to require so much concentration and to littered with so many rocks! My new bike was great (far more competent than me) and stayed upright in spite of all my mistakes, except two. Luckily, I just ended up with some bruises...

Great idea! The strong half can do 140 laps and the weak half 10 laps.We should make it a mixed maddison, or make the combinations 1 strong from the strong end, one from the weak end.

Also, bone marrow transplants no longer require needles in bones. Very easy to join the bone marrow register - just go to the Blood Bank. Luckily for my family, whe...

If the rider really knows how to get around the drug tests (almost 100% probability), the chance of passing 500 tests is not too bad. I guess that if you know the thresholds the UCI is using, constantly test your own blood and are a bit conservative and don't let your levels get too near the thresho...
