The ox rides a red steel bike. I haven't seen it up close so i don't know the brand, it's usually going a lot faster than i am! I have Mars 4 and on the post and smart luner on the saddle bag

and a NiteRider Minewt coupled with a Cateye HL-EL010 Uno LED on the handle bars

just wish I had the legs to go woth the bike :(

The weather report is looking seriously unattractive.

The light drizzle and over cast conditions made for a very
comfortable ride

Forecast is 90% chance for rain on Sun - if it's raining Jo & I won't be there. I'm also still seriously thinking of the train because this group of riders are all a bit fast for me. I'll make the train decision on Sat.

I'll be leaving from MM at 6:00 I'd say as I need to ride slower than 28kph avg. Like at about 23 avg to save my legs. So if anybody else slow wants to ride to the start then is that an OK time? What time do we meet at Mick Mazza's to ride out? I was thinking the same thing what time does the C28's get to sutherland if they leave at 6.30am does anyone know ?? or shall all riders going into the JWJC leave at say 6.20am from MM and take it easy out to loftus to save your legs for the RNP . s...

Mine seems spot on

Elevation Gain: 748 m
Elevation Loss: 747 m
Min Elevation: 2 m
Max Elevation: 188 m

My readings are a less cos I chickened out at west head ;)

even on warm days it wicks away the sweat
and it has a special layer similar to windstopper in the frontal area when the decents are colder

I can see why not I was strongest and had my best endurance when i was 70kg ( single ) now I'm 85kg ( married ) and I sruggle with everything I feel strenght and endurance is not proportionly relative to size look at Lance after his chemo he lost 20lb's but still maintained his strenght and endurance
