Saw an ad in Cycling Aust magazine by KHS advertising a range of tandems - priced from around $600 up to $1900. Australian Cylcing Co. in Kensington were listed as the dealers.

Jo stick to your day job - as a bookie you'd go bust. $16 for the win!

Great day yesterday, like to know how those who did the return trip fared....sheesh no way I could ride back.

there's a guy (yeah yeah I know Camilla's a girl) who did last Sunday's Waterfall ride - his name was Ian (I think) and he has just rejoined the club. Although he missed the cut off date for entry, he still plans to try and do the ride. So if you bring Camilla's entry no, he might be able to use it....

Geez Slow Coach - I'm still in Slowies and I still need a coach!

Why should I be disadvantaged, just 'cos a few other riders get on the juice and go up to fasties? Its not fair - what about us clean riders?????

I hope Coach Jo checks in. I wanna know if she's attending this Sat' Slowies, 'cos if she is I'll take my normal road bike, in the expecation of more training suggestions from her. If she isn't attending, I'll ride my new SS I bought - its a cheap commute bike, not track and not fast, but wanna get ...

Just so there is no confusion, I am most appreciative of Jo's input during the last few weekend's rides. She has certainly made Saturday's Centennial Park ride more interesting and more beneficial. I have defenitely benefited from her suggested training routines. Also I am sure that Jo's enthusiasm ...

Yes...plus it would help if Coach Jo could be somewhat clearer in her instructions.

Re: Sunday "Not quite Slowies " Report

I'm sure Daryl & Michael Insomniac will soon be in the fast bunch too I would need a few more rides to Waterfall before "graduating", besides Id' miss my fellow "Slowies". I can't wait for Lindsay to come back too...I must admit I was pretty tired & sore when I got home ...

You were like a bat out of hell on the return journey.

Obviously Saturday's training sessions at Centennial Park are working - despite the occasional hiccup following the coach's instructions!

Daryl you need to contact Lindsay. If he rides Sat Slowies - he'll probably be able to fix you up after the ride. Sorry to hear you punctured on the Waterfall ride, unfortunately I didn't make the ride(didn't sleep lol). See you on Sat - looking forward to doing Sprinters Hill again. Hopefully make ...

Wouldn't mind giving it a go, but think I might need some of slower riders to join in. Have only done the ride once - a few weeks back, so not sure I'd hang in with the faster riders. Any slowies up for it?
