I was heading down the king st path heading home to balmain and mike was turning from kent st into king st heading towards george st.

I said "spotted Mike" but as it's been a long time since i've ridden with the club he probably didn't recognise me.

Why is it weird to have someone charge you the correct amount for something you ordered?

Re: Road/Race Riding Skills Heffron Park 25th April

Registration will be at 12.45pm at Heffron Park - ensure you bring your licence and $5.
Does this mean that this is only for members with a race license?

I came across a site called thecyclingshow.com on Sydney Which has Theo's responseto the allegtions that he intentionally caused tthe crash. his explanations sound resonable and it would be good if there was some other camera angles to prove his point.

Just a thought
would red with white writing be more appropriate/recognisable as DHBC and for spectator use also?

That will be the beginning of the school holidays when I will have two young children (5 and 8 ) to care for.

I am only available as a definite until the 9th after that it will depend on wether my mother in-law wants to take them for a day or two for me to be able to ride during the school hols.

Yeah Geoff did a good job keeping us reeled in for as long as he did.
I think that the speed was probably a little slow for me so I will have to take the plunge and try to stay on the fast bunch.
I made it to the RNP turn off at loftus last time so at lest I have a benchmark to measure against.

Centennial Park would probably be a good idea as it is close to home and little traffic to deal with.
Maybe the M7 cycle way would be good to check out, although it is a bit of a hike to get to, it offers about 80k of traffic free riding if done in both directions.

Week day riding in the next 2 weeks

I am currently on holidays and was wondering if anyone was interested in doing some mid week riding during school hours ( i can't go early due to dropping the kids at school). Routes and times are open to suggestion as I have not yet put any thought into where I will go. I was only just told to take...

It really depends on the speed of the bunch I rode with the fast group last week and (just) managed to stay on until I was dropped at loftus which is the same thing that happened the first time I rode with the middies. Not only are there some that are in the slow group that could step up I think tha...

I beleive that the rules state it would only count if she was a member of DHBC.

So unfortunatly you will have to be stisfied with the already massive lead you have over the rest of the field :D
